SOPHE is the freshly formed band-project of Sophia. From years of experience working in a variety of musical projects and exploring the human voice arises Bicking’s new venture; a fusion of wide-ranging genres and influences.
Her clear, warm lead voice hovers over interlocking background vocals, enthroned over pop and jazzy harmonies. SOPHE sounds as if Joni Mitchell, Nai Palm, Florence And The Machine and Frank Ocean are meeting to jam, whilst Lianne La Havas and Jeff Buckley are dreaming up a new, melancholic ballad in the next room.

Sophia&Olga
The Duo consisting of Olga Reznichenko on piano and Sophia Bicking on vocals met in 2012 in Leipzig during their music studies. Meanwhile they played various concerts, as a duo as well as with their Sextett, touring throughout Germany and Europe, winning „Sparta Jazz Award“ in 2017. That same year they published their first studio album „Shells In Motion“ on „UNIT RECORDS“. The album links profound, linguistic images and refined, harmonic and rhythmic indentations with the individual expression of both musicians and their band members. Sophia’s clear, warm vocal sound and her wide range combines with Olga’s virtuosic and intuitive piano playing to form a multifaceted, musical cosmos. From all of this comes an experimentally beautiful sound, often dreamy and melancholic, but at the same time owning a certain playful lightness.Sophia&Olga make music that blurs the boundaries between Art Song, Pop Song and Contemporary Jazz.

Sisters On The Rocks
„Sisters On The Rocks“ found by sisters Sophia Bicking and Anna-Marlene Bicking is a party band that combines playfulness, spontaneity and virtuosity with the love for Soul- Funk- and Popmusic of all eras. „Sisters On The Rocks“ are playing private events as well as festivals and bigger events, performing classics of the Greats like Stevie Wonder, Prince and more on a high musical level with their virulent energy.

Duo Magnolia
„Duo Magnolia“ consisting of Arno Grußendorf on guitar and Sophia Bicking on vocals found each other in 2019. Together they are creating a Vintage sound, playing songs of The Great American Songbook as well as German Chansons and old movie songs just like this of Marlene Dietrich and Friedrich Holländer. Meanwhile they already played gigs throughout Germany and strive to develop their own sound within these old classic songs.
